Annam Traditions's Coconut Splitter is an age-old tool which is being used by our ancestors for more than 100 years! Our motive is to revive the traditional flavours once relished by our ancestors in modern homes. 

How to use?

Step 1:
Coconut flesh being pierced with the Annam Traditions coconut splitter knife.
Pierce the coconut flesh from the top with the coconut splitter tool and slide in smoothly.

Step 2:
Annam Traditions coconut splitter knife being swirled to loosen coconut flesh from the shell.
Swirl the coconut splitter either clockwise or anti-clockwise till the coconut flesh comes out.

Step 3:
Coconut pieces being removed from the shell using the Annam Traditions coconut splitter knife.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 till all pieces are removed from the coconut.
